This is a non-functioning Humanware VoiceNote mPower Windows CE computer for blind user with the carrying case but without AC Adapter/charger. I refurbish a lot of Freedom Scientific and Blazie computers for the blind but have no experience with Humanware units so I’m selling this one AS-IS at very modest price. (It cost thousands of dollars new.)
